Medium density ceramic proppant
A reliable medium density ceramic proppant for optimal usage at moderate depths in Oil Shales.

Custom-made proppants
Special circumstances require special equipment. We design our proppants by calculating back from
the end-specifications and alter our manufacturing and mineral sourcing accordingly.
By adjusting the formula of the mineral composition consisting of bauxite, magnesium, silica and 
manganese we can influence the:
· Specific gravity we target.
 
The crushing and grinding mesh of these minerals influences both the proppant's:
· Size and crush resistance.
The mixing and pelletizing stage influences the:
· Specific gravity, size and crush resistance,
· And is of critical influence on the roundness and sphericity.
The sintering temperature and sintering time followed by the cooling process are of most significant
influence on the proppant's:
· Crush resistance and specific gravity and,
· Essentially determine the category of light-, medium- or high density proppants.
